God has been so amazing latley, i just cant stand to hold it all in! I have been kind of down latley because of my lack of Bible reading.... I am supposed to be reading the Bible in one year and I was behind about two weeks...but God TOTALLY spoke to me today! I was on my way to work listening to a song called Everything by Lifehouse, and as I sing that song in my car I am proclaiming that God is everything to me (i love the lyrics to this song by the way). I just realized that I am not living that way to the fullest. I started thinking about going to YAMS (which is our college Bible study if you dont know) and i thought to myself.... this is not waht i need tonight. What I needed was some alone time with God one on one to just speak to Him. I almost got caught up on my Bible readings too! And I was reading Job which is such an amazing God moment in history!! I have read Job before.... but tonight was so different... it really spoke to me. That man still had hope even when his life was practically gone. He was ruined, his kids were dead, his wife dead, his money gone, his health gone. His friends mocked him and spit in his face... yet... he still held onto that hope! I just thought to myself..... if only we all had that same hope Job had.... but for other people.  I just wish I wasnt so selfish sometimes. I wish this world wasnt so selfish! We need to get out there and win some hearts for Christ!! We need to pray with the same hope Job had even in his troubled times that God will be faithfull!!! wooooooo!     anyways, that really spoke to me tonight.... God is so amazing!

In other news, God has really been doing some awesome things latley! I have been realizing more and more that God has called me to work with kids. I love the kids at my work! God has blessed me with that job! I did a small test to see what spiritual gifts I have tonight. I had three that basically tied... they were mercy, exhortation and teaching! wooot! So i am excited to see what God has in store for me with that!  God has me really excited about something else going on, but I am going to be patient and wait to see what God wants! He will make the perfect decision. Oh yeah!!! And God has totally helped my dad find me and my three roomies a new house!!! wooooot!

So yeah What an AWESOME God we have!

Hey to anyone who might read this.... I am currently in minnesota and i decided i might just give this xanga thingy another go... this is not a forever thing, I just want to do it while Im here in the GREAT STATE OF MINNESOTA. 

All i really want to say right now is God is Amazing in every way! I have never felt His power so much in my life as i do now! The love of Jesus and His comfort have really brought me out of a possible dark time and I am so greatfull. I want to live for Him with everything that I am.

God has shown me some awesome things over the past 2 months or so. God totally broke my heart to pull me back to Him. I am so thankful! He also healed me faster than I could ever imagine!  I am really excited and I know God has something awesome planned! I just need to let God do His thing

Well, tomorrow is my b day and i must say i dont feel any different.Actually, i feel a little different. I feel that in the last year my relationship with God has grown more than I could have imagined. God has truly blessed me with some amazing people through my church (quick plug) Hebron Community Church. I love everyone there! This last year has been the best year of my life and a lot of it is because of the blessings God has given me through that church. For the first time in my life i feel like i am apart of a community/family, that i can rely on everyone and trust everyone! God is so awesome! Anywho, I realize that this is off from my usual star wars rants, but this is important to me. Here is a quick overview of the last year of my life haha enjoy!

May 2004 - Graduated High school WOOOOO

June 2004- First VBS with my new church fam.

July 2004 - First mission trip with church fam.  to Wisconsin (I played David in one of the plays and totally wiped out into the lions den and out of the lions den) This was a great trip for me. I loved seeing God work through my new community. It brought me much closer to everyone. This trip was also a turning point in my life. I began my "apprenticship" with Greg O. I became Drewman5000 (which everyone knows me by) and also the loveable "C".

August 2004 - I uhhh.....sat around in minnesota at my dads haha

Sept. 2004 - I started College at the University of North Texas! Me and Mike became roomies! We both discovered that a guy across the hall didnt like my drumming. So we made a rucuss with my gong :) I started working out! woo

October 2004 - Coninued college... continued working out... went to homecomming game at Newman smith.

November 2004 - thanksgiving

December 2004 - We had charle Brown Christmas at church, where i got to be reunited with an all time enemy.....JAZZ Christmas was great

January 2005- Went to the passion conference in Tennessee which was the BEST thing i have ever been to. I t truly changed my life. It changed my thinking about many things with my relationship with God. Also made me realize more how "awesome" God is :)

Febuary 2005 - Back in school.... Playing at my church every sunday about and lovin it, also started playing at prince of peace on sunday nights. Me and Martha officially got back together sometime in here. Praise God for that! God has totally blessed me with her!

March - 2005  My baptism was this month! woooo praise God! This is about when I started to Freak out about star wars episode III..... The new trailer came out and since then.... i freaked...

April 2005 - ahhh now to the current month. I went to florida to play with a guy named charlie west at his church. it was pretty cool. He was a very nice guy and an awesome man of God. He gave me a limited edition Star wars figure.... this started me collecting them again. The rest of the month has been great! Cant wait for another year! Woooo
